The Ten Year Treasury's Positive Return In 2016

The U.S. Treasury 10 year yield went from 2.27% at the end of 2015 to finish 2016at 2.45%. On the surface that looks like the 10 year Treasury yield increased by 0.18% over the course of the year - and that is misleading. Personally, I advocate trading and managing your interest rate
